Estimates
Rather unusually we do not provide automated on-line quotations, this is because we believe that personal contact with you is important in establishing the right relationship and in ensuring that we know exactly what it is that you want. There is a vast amount of difference between, for example, a leasehold property and a freehold property.

Our dedicated estimates team will telephone you at a contact telephone number and provide you with an estimate which we will confirm in writing if you would like us to do so. All you need to do is provide some basic information (or as much of it as you are able to) so that we don't need to waste your time when we call you.

As mentioned elsewhere cheap conveyancing is not the same as good advice. What we are seeking to do is provide you with value for money and an excellent service. We can in some cases offer a fixed fee on a “no move - no fee” basis.
