Wh have become the first legal practice in Gloucester to secure the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditation 13 June 2011
We are delighted to announce that Langley Wellington through Cotswold Conveyancing Centre, its residential property division, has become the first legal practice in Gloucester to secure the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditation – the mark of excellence for the home buying process.

The residential team at Cotswold Conveyancing Centre underwent rigorous assessment by the Law Society in order to secure CQS status, which marks the firm as meeting high standards in the residential conveyancing process.

In what is already a crowded conveyancing market, the scheme will ensure that the public, lenders and insurers will be able to identify CQS practices with the knowledge that the service offered will be of a truly excellent standard.

Andy Moston of Cotswold Conveyancing Centre said “We are delighted that Langley Wellington via Cotswold Conveyancing Centre is one of the first practices to achieve accreditation under the new Conveyancing Quality Scheme.  We are proud to operate to the highest standards at all times, and are completely aligned with the CQS values”.

“CQS accreditation provides greater assurance for our clients that they can instruct Cotswold Conveyancing Centre in the certain knowledge that their transaction will be professionally, competently and faultlessly completed.  The benefit to clients who use Cotswold Conveyancing Centre when buying a home will be that they will receive a reliable, efficient service as recognised by the CQS standard”
